Quality Independent Living is designed for active seniors (55+) who can live alone without assistance and desire the security and conveniences of a condominium. This type of exceptional, affordable housing provides services to make living easier. The Woodlands offers deluxe on and two bedroom deluxe units.

The Woodlands is a 3 story building with an elevator. There are 52 units ranging in size from 700 square feet to 1444 square feet. Each residence features a deluxe kitchen, sunroom, living areas, washer/dryer room, wall to wall carpet, as well as handicapped accessible bathrooms. Every condominium includes individual temperature control, high-speed Internet connection and cable TV.

The Woodlands offers daily dining served by a professional staff, with the option of choosing 14, 21 or 28 dinner plan. A continental breakfast os served Monday thru Friday. In addition to 24-hour security, valet parking and concierge services, each resident enjoys almost 13,000 sq. ft. of community living space featuring private dining and lounge areas, a home theater to enjoy a movie, game room with a pool table, library/card room, a fitness center and cozy seating to unwind by the fireplace. These inviting spaces are ideal for entertaining family and friends and to socialize with neighbors. Small pets are welcome. Among the optional services available are housekeeping, a beauty/barber/nail salon and personal transportation. A Recreation/Social Director is available to coordinate planned activities and social events.
